🔄 RETURN & REFUND POLICY
1. Eligibility for Returns
For safety and hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns if:
- The product is unopened, unused, and in original packaging
- You contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item
2. Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on:
- Opened nutritional supplements
- Damaged products due to customer mishandling
- Items purchased on clearance or promotion (unless defective)
3. Refund Processing
Refunds will be issued once we receive and inspect the returned item.
Refunds may take 3–7 business days depending on your payment method.
4. Incorrect or Damaged Items
If we delivered the wrong or damaged product, we will replace it at no additional cost.
